• Accessories such as storage bags or tags have been lost or damaged.
• We are contacted more than 2 days after the date of delivery.
• The item was purchased at our Daikanyama, Osaka, or Fukuoka store.
• The item was picked up at our Daikanyama, Osaka, or Fukuoka store.
• No prior notice was provided before returning the item.
• The item is a sale or discounted item.

Combining Multiple Orders

If multiple orders are placed, we may combine them into a single shipment.
Shipping fees will still be charged separately for each order, regardless of whether the orders are shipped together. Thank you for your understanding.

Convenience Store Payment

After completing your order, you will receive payment instructions from kessai@sbpayment.jp.
Please check the payment slip number provided in the email and make payment at the register of the applicable convenience store.
A handling fee of JPY 220 applies to each transaction.
Please complete payment within 7 days of the order date.

※ Convenience store payment is not available for orders totaling JPY 300,000 or more.

Paidy Deferred Payment

After placing your order, you may choose your preferred payment method, such as convenience store payment, bank transfer, or direct debit.
Additional fees may apply when paying by convenience store or bank transfer, and such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

In-Store Pickup

For orders designated for in-store pickup, returns and exchanges due to customer preference cannot be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
The item may need to be transferred to your selected pickup store. After your order has been confirmed, please be sure to check the email sent by us.
