Article 4: Shipping

1. As a general rule, products will be shipped via Yamato Transport.

2. A uniform nationwide standard shipping fee of 900 yen (including tax) will be charged. However, shipping to Okinawa Prefecture will incur a fee of 2,400 yen (including tax), and shipping to remote islands will incur an additional shipping fee of 1,500 yen in addition to the standard shipping fee of 900 yen (including tax).

3. Regular products will generally be shipped approximately 3 days after completion of the order. However, for some products, shipment may take approximately 4 to 7 days.

4. If you use bank transfer, your order will be shipped after we confirm receipt of your payment.

5. Shipping operations may not be conducted on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, during the year-end and New Year holidays, during busy periods, or on other days when we are closed. In addition, shipment or delivery may be delayed due to a high volume of orders, weather, traffic conditions, circumstances involving the shipping carrier, or other unavoidable circumstances.

6. If you wish to specify a delivery date and time, please specify an available delivery date and preferred time slot when placing your order. However, delivery at the specified date and time is not guaranteed due to delivery conditions or other circumstances.

7. If you place multiple orders for individual products, we may ship the products together. However, this does not apply where delivery dates have been specified separately for each order or in similar cases.

8. If we are unable to deliver a product due to your extended absence, refusal to accept delivery, an incorrect or incomplete address, or other circumstances attributable to you, we may charge you for the shipping costs for both the outbound and return shipments, as well as any other costs incurred by us. We may also refuse to accept your orders in the future.

9. For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other costs may arise depending on the destination country or region. Unless otherwise stated on this website, you will be responsible for these costs.
