Apply for a delivery kit
Please contact us via LINE with your full name and desired delivery kit size.
※Please note that the shipping address will be the address registered with your Hedy account.

Ship your items
After the delivery kit arrives, please pack the items you wish to sell along with a copy of your identification document (both sides) with your current address.
Once finished, please request a pickup from your nearest Yamato Transport sales office.
※You can expect a higher appraisal by wrapping items with cushioning material and filling any gaps in the cardboard box with newspaper to prevent damage.
※Please provide a simple list of the items and accessories included in the package either via LINE or in writing.
In the event of a loss or similar claim, we may not be able to assist if a list has not been provided in advance.
Example: ① Chanel shoulder bag, guarantee card, ② Tiffany necklace

- ・Identification documents must be original, valid, and show your current address and date of birth.
- ・Persons under 20 years of age are not eligible.
- ・Only residents of Japan are eligible.
- ・If you include a copy of your health insurance card, please black out the insurer number and insured person's symbol/number with a magic marker.
- ・If you include a copy of your My Number Card, please black out the individual number printed on it with a magic marker.
- ・The use of "Health Insurance Card" will be discontinued from December 2, 2025.

Receive appraisal amount
Receive appraisal amount
Please choose between "Bank Transfer (Cash)" or "Points".
If the appraisal is not accepted, the items will be returned.
"1 point = 1 yen" can be used for shopping at Hedy.
- ※Important Notes
- ・Appraisals may take several days.
- ・For appraisal amounts of 1000 yen or less, only point redemption is available.
- ・We handle and appraise items entrusted to us carefully, one by one. However, if items are returned due to dissatisfaction with the appraisal amount, and a claim for damage or dirt is made thereafter, we may not be able to assist if photos were not sent via LINE in advance.
