Apply for a home delivery kit

Please contact us via LINE with your full name and desired home delivery kit size.

※Please confirm that the delivery address is the same as the address registered with your Hedy membership.

Ship your item

Receive the appraised amount

After the home delivery kit arrives, please pack the item(s) you wish to sell along with a copy of your identification document with your current address (both front and back).

Once you're done, please request a pickup from your nearest Yamato Transport sales office.

• ・Identification documents must be originals, valid, and contain your current address and date of birth.
• ・Persons under 20 years of age cannot use this service.
• ・This service is only available to residents of Japan.
• ・You can expect a higher appraisal value if you pack items with cushioning materials and fill any gaps in the cardboard box with newspaper or similar materials to prevent damage.
• ・If you include a copy of your health insurance card, please black out the insurer number and insured person's symbol/number with a permanent marker.
  
• ・If you include a copy of your My Number Card, please black out the printed individual number with a permanent marker.

STEP 5

Receive the appraised amount

Please choose between "Bank Transfer (Cash Payment)" or "Point Receipt".
If the appraisal is not accepted, the item will be returned to you.

You can use "1 point = 1 yen" for purchases at Hedy.
