- A.Please rest assured that we do not charge any assessment fees, shipping fees, transfer fees, or cancellation fees.
- Q.Can I sell items even if I don't have the original accessories (guarantee card, box)?

A.Generally, we will purchase items regardless of whether accessories are present.
The assessment amount is primarily calculated based on the item itself, and the presence or absence of accessories alone will not significantly affect the assessment amount.
However, if there are accessories that can confirm the authenticity of the item, such as a guarantee card, warranty, or proof of purchase, or if the accessories themselves have value, we may take them into consideration when assessing the price.
If you have any accessories, please bring them along with the item for verification, management, and storage.
