- ・Identification must be an original document with your current address and date of birth, and within its validity period.
- ・Customers under 20 years old cannot use this service.
- ・Only residents of Japan are eligible.
- ・Please allow ample time as store entry may be restricted.
- ・The store is very crowded all day, so please understand that there may be a wait.
- ・In-store acceptance is only available on weekdays.
- ・In-store acceptance is limited to 5 items.
- ・As of December 2, 2025, health insurance cards will no longer be accepted.
STEP 2
Item condition check
Our store staff will check the condition of the items you brought.
Please wait inside the store until all items have been checked.
For items with noticeable dirt, gently wiping them before bringing them in
with a dry cloth or performing simple maintenance can increase the purchase price.
※Please bring accessories such as guarantee cards and storage bags with your items.
STEP 3
LINE registration / Send message
Add "RE:Hedy Official LINE" as a friend.
Our appraisers will contact you later with the appraisal results.
If you have any questions about the appraisal, please let us know.
You can also cancel if you are not satisfied with the price.
STEP 4
Receive appraisal amount
Receive appraisal amount
Please choose between "Bank Transfer (Cash)" or "Points".
If the transaction is not completed, we will return your items.
"1 point = 1 yen" and can be used for purchases at Hedy.

- ・Appraisals may take several days.
- ・If the appraisal amount is 1000 yen or less, only point redemption will be accepted.
